Being in the hospital is hard, for you and for the people who love you. Reclaim Healthcare WNC and the Institute for Preventive Healthcare Advocacy are holding an information session on patients' rights, put together by healthcare professionals from Reclaim Healthcare WNC. You'll learn how to prepare for a hospital stay, how to be your own best healthcare advocate, and how to report your healthcare experience.
Mayor Maureen Copelof asked us to help spread the word, and we're glad to. If you or someone you care for has a hospital stay coming up, this one's worth the afternoon.
