Weekly reflections gathered from conversations, circles, and shared meals across Transylvania County.
- Week 1Despite the loss and hardship of the storm, many residents described feeling more connected than ever. "Together we can get through anything," one person said.
- Week 2The hurricane led many to realize they are craving deeper, more meaningful relationships, not only during disasters but every day.
- Week 3Looking back on Hurricane Helene, many community members said they miss the time they spent device-free.
- Week 4What comes after the storm, more than anything else, is kindness. Residents share stories of being seen, understood, and met with gentleness.
